Simply Meds Pro Ltd is a wholesale supplier for medical and non-medical supplies to healthcare practices and health professionals. They offer flexible ways to pay, a great personalised service and some of the best prices available.

Client Requirement

The client needed a full-fledged, cloud-based web platform that allowed customers to easily order products in bulk. SimplyMeds wanted a platform where they could fully manage customer data, back orders, medicines orders and have complete control over all stock from one place.

The Challenges

We needed to develop a platform which links to two other platforms run by the same client through the backend. We had to integrate the different branches allowing the client to monitor the sales at each branch.

Generating Performance invoices for the customers is a major requirement when it comes to a wholesaler as it provides an estimate; this enables the customer to decide whether to opt cash payment or credit payment beforehand.

Our Solutions

Developed a fully functional & high-quality cloud-based web platform with an efficient management of stocks, orders and customer payments through automatic account statement generation every month.

Created a 3 in 1 back-end platform for the client to monitor operations across their 3 websites.

Created a login area for customers to create accounts and login

Handle delivery and returns

Integrated the registration details and quick verify logo for wholesalers to check the authenticity of the pharmacy

Programmed the backend system using advanced PHP Language andLaravel Framework

Developed the web application using JQuery, HTML and Ajax

Integrated the Realex /Elavon Payment Gateways, and card payments through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express to accept payments in a secure manner and at the click of a button

Made it easy to securely store and archive all the data, fully encrypted and GDPR compliant
